Emergencies and Mad Paws Guarantee

1min read

Share

Pet emergencies can happen unexpectedly, which is why it's important to act quickly and keep Mad Paws informed. The Mad Paws Guarantee may help with certain eligible veterinary expenses, property damage, or third-party injury costs that occur during a booked and paid Mad Paws service. To help preserve eligibility, incidents should be reported to Mad Paws as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after the injury or damage occurs. While the Mad Paws Guarantee is not insurance and exclusions apply, Mad Paws will work with all parties to understand the situation and provide guidance on the next steps.
