Instructions

  1. Ensure immediate safety Move away from the pet and stop handling if there is any risk of another bite.
  2. Seek medical attention Clean the wound and get medical care if the skin is broken or symptoms develop. Keep all records.
  3. Inform the Pet Owner Notify them via the platform as soon as it is safe, using clear and factual details.
  4. Report to Mad Paws Submit the incident during the booking or within 48 hours. Include time, location, what happened, and actions taken.
  5. Document the incident Take photos (if safe) and keep medical notes, receipts, and communication records.
