In the event of encountering an aggressive dog during a booking, follow our Dangerous Dog Protocol for guidance and support.

Instructions

1. Initiate Contact

• During Operating Hours:
  • Message our Customer Support team via live chat. Click the green icon at the bottom right corner of the screen and title your message DANGEROUS DOG.
• Outside Operating Hours:
  • Email us at trust@madpaws.com.au with the subject DANGEROUS DOG and provide a brief description of the situation.

2. Receive Expert Guidance

• Our protocol is vetted by Michael Shikashio, CDBC, a world-renowned aggressive dog trainer. Our trained customer service team will assist you throughout the process.
