We’re reaching out with an important update regarding suspicious activity on the platform.

A small number of Pet Sitters have reported receiving messages from a Pet Owner account falsely posing as ‘Mad Paws Support.’ We want to assure you that these messages are not from Mad Paws. Some may include external links or unusual requests that are not part of our official platform.

If something seems suspicious, it most likely is. Do NOT engage and contact customer support to verify.- Mad Paws will never as you to verify payment information using links.

What Should You Do If You Receive One of These Messages?

  1. Do not click on any external links.
  2. Do not share personal or banking information.
  3. Do not respond to the message outside the Mad Paws platform.
  4. Report the message to our Support Team immediately.
