These fraudulent options include, but are not limited to, referral fraud, unauthorised use of stolen credit cards, and any other illegal activities that undermine the integrity and purpose of our platform.

This website retains the right to seek reimbursement for the expenses incurred due to services, collection charges, and legal fees from individuals who engage in fraudulent activities on the site. Moreover, this website reserves the right to initiate legal action against such individuals for their fraudulent use of the site and any other illegal acts or violations of the terms and conditions.

Fraud Monitoring Process(s):

Mad Paws maintains a daily and rigorous identification process where we are looking at transactional behaviors and suspicious payments.

This monitoring happens on the database level (prior to the bookings being processed) and it also happens on the payment gateway level (as transaction is being processed) as a backup.

Removal of users:

Without limiting other remedies, we may, in our sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate our services and user accounts, prohibit access to our Websites, services, applications , and tools, and their content, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users from using our Websites, services, applications, or tools, if we think that they are creating problems or possible legal liabilities, infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies
