When will I receive my payment?
Payments are processed every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays. Your payment will need to be requested before 2 pm. Payments are made around 3 pm Sydney Time. Anything requested after this time will

Can I withdraw my balance at any time?
You can request payment whenever you have funds available in your balance, as long as there is no pending request. You will need to wait for the pending payment to be processed before another request can be made. You will see the button greyed out whilst it’s pending.
When the button is blue, you will be able to request your payment.

What if there’s an issue with the payment?
Contact Mad Paws support for assistance with any payment-related concerns. We will ask you to wait at least 24 hours post-request.

I still have not received the balance I requested.
Double-check your bank statement, and if you have confirmed that the amount has not come through yet, contact the Customer Support team.

I still have not received the payment for my recent booking, which the Pet Owner has already confirmed.
The amount released from a booking after the Pet Owner has confirmed will remain in your balance. Unless you request it to be released to your set bank or PayPal account, it will not be transferred.

What could affect my payment? We do not process payments on public holidays. If your scheduled payment date falls on a public or bank holiday, the payment will still be processed, but it may be delayed due to bank processing times.
