1. Approve the Booking Request
- Confirm the booking through your Mad Paws account before the service begins.
- Ensure the booking status is “Approved” to proceed.
2. Confirm Payment on the Platform
- Payments must be processed through the Mad Paws platform before the service starts.
- If payment hasn’t been made, contact the Pet Owner and encourage them to finalise it.
3. Complete the Service
- Provide the agreed service to the Pet Owner’s satisfaction.
- Communicate openly during the booking to ensure a smooth experience.
4. Wait for the Funds to Be Released
- Payment is released:
- Automatically: Seven days after the service end date.
- Manually: If the Pet Owner confirms the end of the stay earlier.
- Check your account for payment notifications.
5. Withdraw Funds
- Access your earnings through the “Withdraw Funds” option in your Mad Paws wallet.
