Understanding booking statuses is essential for managing your appointments effectively. This guide explains the different booking statuses on Mad Paws and what actions are needed for each.

Key Booking Statuses
- Pending - The booking request has been received but is not yet accepted or confirmed. Review the details and decide whether to accept or decline the request.
- Approved - The booking has been accepted by you. It's recommended to conduct a Meet and Greet before the owner pays.
- Paid - The booking has been confirmed with payment. You’re expected to provide the pet-sitting services as agreed.
- Completed - This status indicates the services were provided, and the booking has ended. It’s either confirmed by the pet owner or auto-confirmed 7 days after the end of the booking.
- Cancelled - The booking was cancelled by either party. This could happen due to changes in plans or emergencies.
- Archived - The booking was confirmed but not paid for, and is no longer valid.
