Instructions

  1. Service Quality
    • Complaints about service quality are reviewed by the customer service team.
    • Complex cases are escalated to the Sitter & Trust & Safety team for further action.
  2. Fraud
    • Fraudulent activities, including referral fraud and unauthorised credit card use, are strictly prohibited.
  3. Dangerous Pets
    • Pets found to be dangerous or with a history of aggression may result in the removal of both the pet and the owner from the platform for safety reasons.
  4. Offline Bookings
    • All bookings must be paid through the platform. Cash payment are strictly prohibited.
