• Fraud Our platform strictly prohibits any form of fraudulent activity, encompassing a wide range of actions. These fraudulent options include, but are not limited to, referral fraud, unauthorised use of stolen credit cards, and any other illegal activities that undermine the integrity and purpose of our platform.
• Dangerous Pets In the interest of public safety, we reserve the right to take appropriate action if an investigation reveals that a pet is deemed dangerous or has a documented history of being dangerous. Such action may involve the removal of the pet and the corresponding Pet Owner from accessing all our services. This measure is implemented to prioritise the well-being and safety of all users and the general public.

Mad Paws Pet Sitters

• To maintain a high standard of service quality, the performance of Pet Sitters will be consistently monitored. Multiple cancellations initiated by a Pet Sitter are considered a serious violation of our policies and may lead to the termination of their access to our platform.

• If a user remains inactive for a period exceeding 60 days, we retain the right to modify their availability status. This policy enables us to ensure that active and engaged users receive appropriate visibility and opportunities within our platform.

• Fraud Our platform strictly prohibits any form of fraudulent activity, encompassing a wide range of actions. These fraudulent options include, but are not limited to, referral fraud, unauthorised use of stolen credit cards, and any other illegal activities that undermine the integrity and purpose of our platform.

• Offline Bookings: In the event of an investigation uncovering that a user is privately conducting bookings that originated on the Mad Paws platform, thereby bypassing Mad Paws as the facilitator, a warning may be issued. However, it should be noted that Mad Paws reserves the right to remove the user from accessing our services. This policy ensures that the platform's integrity is upheld and that users adhere to the proper utilisation of our services.

• Illegal Activity Through thorough investigation, if a user is found to be engaging in illegal activities or has a documented history of dangerous behavior, we retain the right to remove them from accessing our services.

• Additionally, if a user's actions are found to be inconsistent with the intended spirit of the Mad Paws platform, we reserve the right to terminate their access to our services. This policy ensures that we maintain a safe and harmonious environment for all users of our platform.
