Mad Paws charges Pet Sitters a percentage fee (commission) for every booking made through the platform. This fee, referred to as the "Service Fee," helps cover operational costs and ensures comprehensive support for Sitters.


Instructions

  1. Service Fee for Pet Sitters
    • Sitters registered before June 29, 2017: 15% (including GST)
    • Sitters registered after June 29, 2017: 20% (including GST)
  2. What the Service Fee Covers
    • $10 million public liability and accident cover for Sitters and pets
    • Access to Mad Paws' Customer Service (Monday-Saturday, 9-5 pm AEST)
    • Use of the website to meet new clients and manage bookings
    • Marketing and promotion to attract new clients
