A Police Check Badge enhances your profile by demonstrating your trustworthiness and reliability. To get a Police Check Badge, simply upload a valid police check to your Sitter profile, and it will be reviewed within 7 business days.


Instructions

  1. Obtain a Police Check
    • Ensure your police check is issued within the last 12 months by an accredited Australian provider.
    • Examples of providers include National Crime Check or your local police station.
  2. Log in to Your Mad Paws Account
    • Access your account through the Mad Paws website or app.
  3. Navigate to the Profile Section
    • Go to your dashboard and find the Verification section.
  4. Upload Your Police Check
    • Click the option to upload your police check.
    • Ensure the document is clear, complete, and includes all required information.
  5. Wait for Review
    • Your police check will be reviewed within 7 business days.
    • Once approved, the Police Check Badge will automatically appear on your profile.
