Instructions (From the App)

1. Log in to your Mad Paws account via the mobile app or website.

2. Go to the Messages section in the app.

   

3. Locate the conversation you want to archive and tap to open it.

4. Select the Archive icon to move the conversation to your archived messages.

   

5. Confirm the archiving action if prompted.
