Use the Mad Paws messaging system to send your initial inquiry.

Send a Booking Request
Confirm your interest by submitting a booking request for the sitter's services.

Request Phone Number
After confirming a booking, click the “Exchange Details” button to request the sitter’s phone number.
Note: The sitter must approve the request before their number is shared.

Organise a Meet and Greet
Once contact details are exchanged, schedule a Meet and Greet to discuss your pet’s needs.
