Available on Mobile/Desktop Browser or App? ✅ Yes, accessible on both mobile and web platforms.


In addition to a standard police check, Mad Paws accepts a Working With Children (WWC) Check issued within the last 12 months in Australia as a valid document to obtain a Police Check Badge.


Instructions

  1. Check Document Eligibility
    • Ensure your WWC Check was issued:
      • Within the last 12 months.
      • In Australia.
    • Expired or international WWC Checks are not eligible.
  2. Upload Your WWC Check
    • Log in to your Mad Paws account.
    • Go to your dashboard and navigate to the Verification section.
    • Select Upload Police Check and upload your WWC Check document.
  3. Allow Time for Processing
    • Badge approval typically takes up to 7 business days after uploading a valid document.
  4. Check Your Profile
    • Once your WWC Check is approved, the Police Check Badge will be displayed on your profile.
