A Seasonal Surcharge allows you to increase your rates during peak periods like Easter and Christmas. This ensures fair compensation during times of high demand by adding a percentage to your base rate.

Instructions

  1. Log in to your Mad Paws account.
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
  3. Click on Services and Rates.
  4. Scroll to Seasonal Surcharge and select the percentage (5%, 10%, 15%, or 20%) you’d like to apply.

Example

If your base rate is $50, and you set a 10% surcharge for seasonal bookings:

  • Base Rate: $50

  • Surcharge (10%): $5

  • Seasonal Rate: $55 per day
