- Christmas PeriodThe surcharge applies during the Christmas and New Year holiday period, when many Pet Owners travel and seek care for their pets.
- Easter PeriodCovers the Easter long weekend and the adjoining school holidays, which see a spike in bookings.
- Winter HolidaysApplied during the school holidays in July, when families often go on winter getaways.
- Spring HolidaysTakes effect during the October school holidays, another busy travel time for Pet Owners.
