To cancel a specific week in your Repeat Weekly Booking (RWB) series, follow these simple steps directly in your booking details.

Instructions (From a Web Browser)

1. Go to your Bookings and select the Repeat Weekly Booking you want to update.

   

2. Click the pen icon to enter the edit mode.

3. Uncheck the box next to the day(s) you wish to cancel for that week.

   

   

4. Under the Starting on field, select the date when you want the change to begin.

5. In the Ending on field, select the date for the cancellation's end.

Key points to remember:

• Only unpaid weeks can be amended in this way.
• This will cancel only the selected week’s booking, leaving the rest of your RWB schedule intact.
