Available on Mobile/Desktop Browser or App? ✅ Yes, accessible on both mobile and web platforms.

Repeat Weekly Bookings (RWB) offer Owners a seamless way to schedule ongoing pet care services without needing to make separate bookings each week. This feature supports all daytime services, such as house visits, daycare, and dog walking, ensuring consistent care for pets while providing Sitters with a steady income.

How Repeat Weekly Bookings Work

  • Automatic Payments

Owners are charged every Friday for services scheduled in the upcoming week, and payments are credited to the Sitter's Mad Paws balance at the end of that week.

  • End-of-Week Notification

The end-of-stay notification for RWBs is automated and processed on Fridays.

Managing RWB Schedules

Both Owners and Sitters can adjust any unpaid RWB days to meet their schedule needs. However, for paid weeks, any changes—such as cancellations or amendments—must be handled by Customer Support. Simply submit a Support Ticket or reach out via the chat icon on the website for assistance.
