The partnership between Qantas Frequent Flyer and Mad Paws ended on 19 September 2025. Only bookings paid before this date with a QFFN added prior to 9 September are eligible to earn points.
Partnership End Date – The partnership ended on 19 September 2025.
- QFFN Field Removal – The Qantas Frequent Flyer Number (QFFN) field was removed from the booking process on 9 September 2025.
- Earning Points – Only bookings paid before 19 September 2025 with a QFFN added prior to 9 September are eligible to earn Qantas Points.
- Future Bookings – From 19 September onwards, bookings made through Mad Paws will no longer earn Qantas Points.
