Drop-off and pick-up are optional additional services that a Pet Sitter may offer upon request. If you need your pet to be picked up or dropped off, follow the steps below:
Instructions:
Include your request in the booking message
When sending your booking request to the Pet Sitter, mention that you require pick-up, drop-off, or both.
Provide the Service Details
Share the necessary information with the sitter, such as:
- Pick-up and/or drop-off address
- Preferred time
- Any special instructions
Sitter Confirms Availability
If the sitter can provide the service, they will adjust the booking price to include the additional fee.
Note: Sitters can only add fees to unpaid bookings.
