    Meet and greets are done prior the actual booking date request which means that the Pet Sitter will not get paid. It is best to discuss this with the Pet Sitter.

  • Is the meet and greet covered by insurance?

    No, the meet-and-greet session is not covered by the Mad Paws Guarantee. Since the meet-and-greet occurs outside the official booking dates on the platform, any incidents that may arise during this time will not be included under Mad Paws Guarantee.
