- Book and pay through the platform Complete your booking fully on Mad Paws. Only fully paid bookings (minimum $10 per service per day) are eligible for the Mad Paws Guarantee.
- Arrange a Meet & Greet (optional) Message your Sitter through the platform to organise a Meet & Greet before the booking starts.
