To help ensure your booking remains eligible for Mad Paws support and the Mad Paws Guarantee, all bookings and payments should be completed through the Mad Paws platform.


Instructions

  1. Politely Decline the Request

    Let the Pet Sitter know that you would prefer to keep the booking and payment on Mad Paws.

  2. Keep Communication on the Platform

    Continue communicating through Mad Paws messages so there is a record of the conversation.

  3. Contact Mad Paws Support

    If a Pet Sitter encourages you to pay outside the platform, please let our team know.

Response: "I'd prefer to complete the payment through Mad Paws. I'll contact support if I need help with the booking."
