- Booking Confirmed : When a pet owner confirms a booking, the payment is collected securely by Mad Paws.
- Funds Held Securely : The payment is held in escrow until the booking is completed.
- Release of Funds : After the booking ends, the Pet Owner confirms the end of stay. If not done, the system will automatically release the funds to the Pet Sitter’s balance.
2. How It Ensures Security
- Safe Transactions : Mad Paws uses encrypted payment systems to protect both sitters and pet owners.
- Fraud Prevention : Funds are held securely until the service is confirmed as completed, reducing risks.
3. Payment Statuses
- Processing : Payment has been made but is still being verified or prepared for transfer.
