The Mad Paws Guarantee is a self-funded program provided by Mad Paws to help review and assess eligible incidents that occur during bookings made and paid for through the Mad Paws platform.
Any support provided under the Mad Paws Guarantee is subject to the Guarantee Terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and applicable limits.
How Is the Mad Paws Guarantee Different from Insurance?
- The Mad Paws Guarantee is managed by Mad Paws
Mad Paws reviews and assesses eligible requests directly under the Mad Paws Guarantee Terms.
- Each request is assessed individually
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, reimbursement, or a specific outcome.
- The Mad Paws Guarantee is secondary to other insurance
If other insurance may apply to the incident, that coverage may need to be considered as part of the review process.
- The Mad Paws Guarantee only applies to eligible bookings
The booking must be made and paid for through the Mad Paws platform, and the incident must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Guarantee Terms.
When Should I Contact Mad Paws?
If an incident occurs during a booking, you should notify Mad Paws as soon as possible.
Where possible, incidents should be reported within 48 hours of the incident occurring.
