MP Referral Program - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Mad Paws Referral Program! This program rewards both the referee (referrer) and the referred (new user) with a $25 credit each. To qualify for the reward, specific conditions must be met, as outlined below.

==Eligibility==

Referrer Eligibility: The referrer must be an active Mad Paws user with a valid account.

Referred Eligibility:

1. The referred must be a new user who has never previously signed up for Mad Paws.
2. The referred must be a legitimate individual and not a duplicate or fraudulent account.

==How to Participate==

Referred: Sign up to Mad Paws using the referrer’s unique link.

Referrer:

1. Share your unique referral link with a potential new user.
2. Ensure that the referred user signs up to Mad Paws using your referral link.

==Referral Rewards==

For Referrer:

1. A $25 credit will be awarded to the referrer once the referred user completes a booking.
2. Credit will be applied to the referrer’s account after the referred user’s booking is completed.

For Referred:

A $25 credit will be awarded to the referred user upon successful sign-up and added immediately to their credit account.

==Reward Conditions==

Completion of Booking:

The referred user must complete a booking for the referrer to receive their $25 credit. A "completed booking" is defined as a booking that has been confirmed and finalised through the Mad Paws platform.

Credit and Use:

1. Referral credit is not transferable and can only be used towards Mad Paws services.
2. Credit cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of payment.
3. The total amount of referral credit that a user can accumulate is capped at $1,000. Once this credit limit is reached, no additional referral credit will be awarded.

==General Conditions==

One-Time Use:

Each referral link or code can be used only once per referred user.

Fraudulent Activity:

Any form of fraudulent activity or abuse of the referral program will result in disqualification from the program and potential account suspension.

Program Modifications:

Mad Paws reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Program Abuse:

Any attempts to game the system or exploit the referral program may result in the removal of credit and/or suspension of accounts.
