How to Upload a Police Check on the Website

Instructions

1. Log in to your Mad Paws account

2. Once logged in, under the “Dashboard” tab, click on the “Upload Police Check”

3. Select the police check file from your mobile or desktop device.
4. Upload the file to your Mad Paws account.
5. The Mad Paws team will review your document and notify you once it’s approved, which is typically between 1–7 business days.

• What file format is accepted for uploading?

  PDF and JPEG formats are commonly accepted.

• Can I use a Working with Children Check instead of a Police Check?

  We do accept WWC as long as it was issued within 12 months.

• Why can’t I upload my Police Check using the Mad Paws app?

  Currently, the Police Check button in the Mad Paws app only allows you to apply for a Police Check through a trusted provider. Our team is looking into adding an upload option to this feature in the future.

• Ensure Document Clarity. Make sure the document is legible and free of obstructions before uploading.
• Keep a Backup. Save a copy of your police check on your device for future reference.
