On Mad Paws, your service area is automatically set based on your profile location, extending up to a 50km radius. Although you cannot customise specific service zones, you can ensure your profile location accurately reflects where you’d like to provide services.
Instructions
1. Log In to Your Mad Paws Account
- Access the Mad Paws website or app.
- Enter your login credentials and click Log In.
2. Access Your Profile
- Navigate to your profile by selecting My Profile from the dashboard.
3. Update Your Location
- Go to Account Settings and select Profile Details.
- Locate the Location section.
- Enter your updated address or location details. Ensure it’s accurate and up-to-date.
4. Save and Verify Changes
- Click Save to update your profile.
- Your service area will automatically adjust to a 50km radius around the new location.
5. Refresh and Confirm
- Refresh your profile page or log out and log back in to confirm the changes have been applied.
- Verify that your service area now covers your intended locations.
