Instructions

  1. Check File Size
    • Ensure the photo is within the 5MB limit.
    • On Windows : Right-click the file, select “Properties,” and view the size in the “General” tab.
    • On Mac : Right-click the file, select “Get Info,” and check the size in the “General” section.
  2. Reduce File Size
    • Resize the image using an editing tool to decrease dimensions.
    • Compress the photo with an online tool or compression software.
    • Save the file as a smaller format like JPEG instead of PNG or TIFF.
  3. Check File Format
    • Ensure the photo is in a supported format: JPEG, PNG, or GIF.
