To update your name on your Mad Paws profile, you’ll need to contact Customer Support and provide valid identification that matches your new last name.

Instructions

For sitters with an Approved sitter application:

1. Contact the Mad Paws’ phone support at 02 8046 6536 during business hours.
2. Provide your new name in the request.

Note*: For security purposes, the support team will ask you to verify some information from your account to complete the request.*

For sitters with a Pending sitter application:

1. Log in to your Mad Paws account.
2. Go to the Account tab, then select Personal Details.
3. Update your name under the First Name and/or Last Name field.
