# Where Do I Find a Sitter's Contact Information?

Mad Paws keeps sitter contact details private to protect user privacy. Here’s how to connect with your sitter through the platform.

## **Instructions**


1. **Contact a Pet Sitter**

   Use the Mad Paws messaging system to send your initial inquiry.
2. **Send a Booking Request**

   Confirm your interest by submitting a booking request for the sitter's services.
3. **Request Phone Number**

   After confirming a booking, click the “Exchange Details” button to request the sitter’s phone number.

   ***Note***: The sitter must approve the request before their number is shared.
4. **Organise a Meet and Greet**

   Once contact details are exchanged, schedule a Meet and Greet to discuss your pet’s needs.
