# When Do I Pay For Repeat Weekly Bookings?

For **Repeat Weekly Bookings (RWBs)**, the first payment is processed when the sitter approves your booking, with automatic charges following every Friday for the upcoming week.

## **Instructions (From the Web Browser)**


1. **Initial Payment**
   * After the sitter approves your RWB, you’ll be prompted to pay for the first week. This is the same process as for one-off bookings.
2. **Weekly Automatic Payments**
   * For each following week, your payment will be charged automatically on the Friday before the next week of services.
3. **Adjusting the RWB Schedule**
   * Both sitters and owners can add or adjust services in unpaid weeks. For example, adding extra days (like Saturday and Sunday) to a specific week requires approval from both parties.
   * Once approved, the extra days will appear on your calendar, and your card will be charged accordingly on the next payment Friday.
4. **Refunds for Paid Weeks**
   * If a service needs to be cancelled for a week that’s already paid, contact Customer Service to arrange a refund.
