# When Can I Leave a Review for My Pet Sitter?

## **Overview**

After a booking has been completed, you'll have an opportunity to leave a review for your Pet Sitter. Reviews help other Pet Owners make informed decisions and recognise Sitters who provide excellent care.

**Please note:** This article applies to **one-off bookings only** and does not apply to Recurring Weekly Bookings (RWB).

## **How Reviews Work**

You can leave a review once the booking has ended.

The review option remains available until the booking is marked as completed.

A booking is marked as completed when:

* You manually confirm the end of the booking; or
* The system automatically marks the booking as completed **7 days after the booking end date**.

Once the booking is completed, the review link will expire and you'll no longer be able to submit a review through the platform.

- **How long do I have to leave a review?**\
  *You can leave a review up until the booking is marked as completed.*

* **Can I leave a review after the link expires?**\
  *No. Once the booking is completed, the review option is no longer available through the platform. But you may reach our team if wish to add review.*

- **When does a booking become completed?**\
  *A booking becomes completed when you manually confirm the end of the stay or when the system automatically confirms it 7 days after the booking end date.*
