## **Instructions**


1. **Ensure immediate safety**

2. **Seek medical attention**

3. **Inform the Pet Owner**
   Notify them via the platform as soon as it is safe, using clear and factual details.
4. **Report to Mad Paws**
   Submit the incident during the booking or within **48 hours**. Include time, location, what happened, and actions taken.
5. **Document the incident**
