All services must be booked and paid for on the Mad Paws platform before the service begins. - Meet the minimum booking value
The booking must include at least $10 per service per day to be eligible for the Mad Paws Guarantee. - Avoid off-platform payments
Any cash payments or off-platform arrangements make the booking ineligible for review under the Guarantee. - Keep all payments on-platform
Ensure the full booking amount is processed through Mad Paws to maintain eligibility.

- Bookings under $10 per service per day are not eligible for the Mad Paws Guarantee
- Partial payments (e.g. split cash + platform payments) are not eligible
- Only fully paid, on-platform bookings are considered for incident review
