Mad Paws allows sitters to add a Puppy Surcharge for dogs under 6 months, recognising the extra care young puppies require. Here’s what you need to know about the Puppy Surcharge and how it may apply to your booking.

## **Instructions**

1. **Understand the Puppy Surcharge**

   The surcharge is optional and set by the sitter. It helps account for the extra attention puppies often need, such as training, feeding, and supervision.
2. **Removing the Puppy Surcharge on an Approved Booking**

   If your booking is in the “Approved” stage, contact your pet sitter to request a price adjustment. They can update the booking, and you’ll see the revised total before making payment.
3. **Removing the Puppy Surcharge on a Paid Booking**

   After payment, adjustments require contacting Mad Paws Customer Support for assistance. Changes can only be made if both parties agree.
