Mad Paws charges Pet Sitters a percentage fee (commission) for every booking made through the platform. This fee, referred to as the "**Service Fee,**" helps cover operational costs and ensures comprehensive support for Sitters.

1. **Service Fee for Pet Sitters**
   * *Sitters registered before June 29, 2017: 15% (including GST)*
   * *Sitters registered after June 29, 2017: 20% (including GST)*
2. **What the Service Fee Covers**
   * *$10 million public liability and accident cover for Sitters and pets*
   * *Access to Mad Paws' Customer Service (Monday-Saturday, 9-5 pm AEST)*
   * *Use of the website to meet new clients and manage bookings*
   * *Marketing and promotion to attract new clients*
