# Why Am I Not Showing on the List of Available Sitters in My Area?

If your profile is not appearing in the list of available Sitters, it could be because you have an active or paid booking with a pet tagged as "Anti-Social." This is a security feature designed to prevent potential conflicts during the booking period.

## **Instructions**


1. **Check Your Current Bookings**
   * Log in to your Mad Paws account and navigate to the “Bookings” section.
   * Review your active bookings and note any with pets tagged as "Anti-Social."
2. **View the Pet’s Socialisation Status**
   * Open the pet profile linked to your booking.
   * Go to the **Basics** tab to see the pet’s socialisation status.
3. **Understand the "Anti-Social" Tags**
   * A pet is tagged as "Anti-Social" for the following categories:
     * **Dog Socialisation**: Sometimes friendly, never friendly.
     * **Cat Socialisation**: Sometimes friendly, never friendly, not sure.
     * **Child Socialisation**: Nervous, assertive, I don't know.
4. **Profile Visibility Impact**
   * If a pet is tagged as "Anti-Social," your profile will not appear in search results for the duration of that booking. This applies to the booked dates only.
5. **Plan for Future Visibility**
   * Once the booking ends, your profile will return to search results for available dates.
