  First, you need to make sure that you have approved the booking, If not, Pet Owners should be redirected to contact the Mad Paws support team.

• Can I receive payments in cash?

  No, cash payments are not permitted. All transactions must be completed through the Mad Paws platform.

• What to do if I completed the booking and the owner forgot to pay before the completion of the booking.

  As soon as you realise that the booking was left unpaid, ensure that you have actually ‘Approved’ the booking and send the Pet Owner a reminder to make the payment through the platform.

• What if the customer declines to pay for a completed booking?

  While you can raise a dispute against the Pet Owner, it is the Pet Sitter’s main responsibility to ensure that the booking is paid before the start of the booking. Mad Paws has automatic reminders in place to alert Pet Owners to pay.
