The 24-hour booking period is the standard time frame for overnight bookings on the Mad Paws platform. This period covers a full day of care from the time the pet is dropped off to when they are picked up the following day.

## **Instructions**


1. **Understand the Booking Start Time**

   *The booking starts at the time the pet is dropped off.*
2. **Understand the Booking End Time**

   *The booking ends exactly 24 hours from the drop-off time.*
3. **Plan for Extended Care**

   *If the pet stays more than four hours past the end of the 24-hour period, discuss and agree on an extended care fee with the Pet Owner.*
4. **Communicate Clearly with Pet Owners**
   * *Specify your preferred drop-off and pick-up times on your Pet Sitter Profile.*
   * *Confirm these details with Pet Owners during the booking process or Meet and Greet.*
