**1. Provide Advance Notice**. Notify the pet owner as soon as you know you need to cancel.

**2. Initiate the Cancellation**. Use your Mad Paws dashboard to begin the cancellation process so the Pet Owner get refunded,

**3. Provide a Reason.** Clearly explain the reason for the cancellation to maintain transparency.

**4. Finalise the Cancellation.** Cancelling the booking is important this way the Pet Owner gets a refund.
