# Owner Guide: Post-Booking Confirmation

Once a booking ends, Pet Owners can confirm its completion in their Mad Paws account. Confirming the booking not only finalises the process but also allows the Pet Owner to leave a review for the Sitter, helping other pet owners make informed choices.

## **Instructions** 

### 1. **Email Prompt to Confirm**

* *Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Mad Paws. It will guide you on how to finalise the booking.*

### 2. **Log into Your Mad Paws Account**

* *Access your account through the app or website.*

### 3. **Confirm End of Stay**

* *Navigate to the booking and click **Confirm End of Stay** to finalise the process.*

### 4. **Leave a Review**

* *Provide feedback about your experience with the Sitter. Reviews help maintain quality service and build trust in the community.*

  *Confirming the booking allows funds to be released to the Sitter and provides an opportunity to leave a review.*

  
* **What if I forget to confirm?**

  *If not confirmed, funds are released automatically after 7 days, but confirming sooner allows you to review your Sitter.*


* **Can I skip giving a review?**

  *The only time reviews are skipped is if you let the system auto-confirms the booking. This gives the Pet Sitter an automatic 5-star and a blank review.*


* **Can I change my review?**

  *Yes you may. However, you need to contact the Customer Support team and give a reason to why the review needs to be edited.*
