If your Police Check Badge isn’t showing on your Mad Paws profile, it may be due to an issue with your uploaded document or its verification status. Follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

## **Instructions**


1. **Check the Issue Date of Your Police Check**
   * Ensure your police check was issued within the last 12 months.
   * Police checks older than 12 months are not eligible for the badge.
2. **Verify Document Upload**
   * Log in to your Mad Paws account and navigate to your dashboard.
   * Go to the **Verification** section to confirm if your police check was successfully uploaded.
3. **Ensure the Document is Legible**
   * The uploaded document must be clear and complete, showing all relevant details.
   * If the document is blurry or missing pages, it may not be approved.
4. **Allow Time for Processing**
   * Badge approval can take up to 7 business days after uploading your police check.
   * If it’s been less than 7 business days, wait for the processing period to complete.
5. **Contact Mad Paws Support**
   * If your badge is still not visible after 7 business days, contact the Mad Paws Support Team for assistance.
   * Provide the following details:
     * Your account email
     * The date you uploaded the police check
     * A copy of your uploaded document
