MP Referral Program - Terms & Conditions

The Mad Paws Referral Program rewards both the referrer and the referred user with a $25 credit each. To qualify, specific eligibility requirements and conditions must be met, as outlined below.

Eligibility

1. Referrer Eligibility
   • The referrer must be an active Mad Paws user with a valid account.
2. Referred Eligibility
   • The referred user must be a new user who has never previously signed up for Mad Paws.
   • The referred must be a legitimate individual, not a duplicate or fraudulent account.

How to Participate

1. Referred User
   • Sign up for Mad Paws using the referrer’s unique link.
2. Referrer
   • Share your unique referral link with potential new users.
   • Ensure the referred user signs up using your referral link.

Referral Rewards

1. For Referrer
   • A $25 credit will be awarded to the referrer once the referred user completes a booking.
   • The credit will be applied to the referrer’s account after the referred user’s booking is confirmed and finalised.
2. For Referred User
   • A $25 credit will be awarded to the referred user upon successful sign-up, added immediately to their credit account.

Reward Conditions

1. Completion of Booking
   • The referred user must complete a booking for the referrer to receive their $25 credit. A "completed booking" is defined as a booking confirmed and finalised through the Mad Paws platform.
2. Credit Usage
   • Referral credits are non-transferable and can only be used towards Mad Paws services.
   • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of payment.
   • The total amount of referral credits that a user can accumulate is capped at $1,000. Once this limit is reached, no additional referral credit will be awarded.

General Conditions

1. One-Time Use
   • Each referral link or code can be used only once per referred user.
2. Fraudulent Activity
   • Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the referral program will result in disqualification and potential account suspension.
3. Program Modifications
   • Mad Paws reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
4. Program Abuse
   • Any attempts to exploit the referral program may result in the removal of credits and/or suspension of accounts.
