## **Instructions**


1. **Service Quality**
   * Complaints about service quality may be escalated for further review.
   * Frequent cancellations may result in account termination.
   * Inactive users (over 60 days) may have their availability status adjusted.
2. **Fraud**
   * Fraudulent activities, such as offline bookings, may lead to warnings or removal.
3. **Illegal Activity**
   * Engaging in illegal or dangerous behaviour may result in the revocation of platform access.
4. **Offline Bookings**
   * All bookings must be paid through the platform. Cash payment are strictly prohibited.
