Mad Paws Customer Survey Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Mad Paws Pty. Ltd. (ABN 78 600 835 425) (“Mad Paws”).
2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have been invited by Mad Paws to participate in the customer survey.

Employees of Mad Paws and their immediate families, and anyone directly involved in conducting the promotion or determining the winner, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter
   To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the Mad Paws customer survey, using the email address associated with their Mad Paws account, during the Promotion Period.

4. Promotion Period
   The promotion opens at 7pm AEST on 15 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 22 September 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.

5. Prize
   There is one prize consisting of a $1,000 Visa Gift Card, valued at AUD $1,000.

Any conditions, expiry dates or usage restrictions applying to the Visa Gift Card are subject to the card issuer's terms and conditions.

6. Prize Draw
   The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries at 3pm AEST on 24 September 20226.

Every eligible entry will have an equal chance of winning.

7. Winner Notification and Publication
   The winner will be notified in writing using the email address provided when submitting the survey within seven days of the draw date.

The winner's first initial and surname will also be published on this page for at least seven days following the draw.

8. Claiming the Prize
   The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of being notified.

If the prize remains unclaimed after this period, Mad Paws may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries at a later date.

Any replacement winner will be contacted in the same manner as the original winner.

9. Privacy
   Personal information collected in connection with the survey and prize draw will be handled in accordance with the Mad Paws Privacy Policy.

Information provided for the purpose of entering the prize draw will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility and contact the winner.

10. General
    By entering the prize draw, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Mad Paws reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, Mad Paws is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received due to technical issues outside its reasonable control.
