Mad Paws offers three distinct cancellation policy options for Pet Sitters, which apply to **paid bookings only**. Each policy ensures clarity for both Owners and Sitters regarding refunds and cancellation timeframes.

## **Cancellation Policy Options**

**Flexible Policy** - A full refund is available if the booking is cancelled before 12pm AEST, one day before the Pet Services are scheduled to start.

**Moderate Policy** - A full refund is available if the booking is cancelled before 12pm AEST, seven days before the Pet Services are scheduled to start.

**Strict Policy** - A full refund is available if the booking is cancelled before 12pm AEST, fourteen days before the Pet Services are scheduled to start.
