# Including Drop-Off and Pick-Up in Your Booking

Drop-off and pick-up are optional additional services that a Pet Sitter may offer upon request. If you need your pet to be picked up or dropped off, follow the steps below:

## **Instructions:**

**Include your request in the booking message**

When sending your booking request to the Pet Sitter, mention that you require pick-up, drop-off, or both.

**Provide the Service Details**

Share the necessary information with the sitter, such as:

* Pick-up and/or drop-off address
* Preferred time
* Any special instructions

**Sitter Confirms Availability**

If the sitter can provide the service, they will adjust the booking price to include the additional fee.

***Note:*** *Sitters can only add fees to unpaid bookings.*

***No.*** *Only the Pet Sitter or the customer support team can adjust the booking price to include additional fees.*

* **What if I want to add the service, but I’ve already paid for the booking**

*Once a booking has been paid for, you can no longer add additional services. The best approach is to cancel the existing booking and create a new one. This way, the pet sitter can adjust the price to include the drop-off and pick-up fee.*
