# I Want To Delete Or Edit A Review

To edit or delete a published review, reach out to our Customer Success team with your details and booking information. Reviews can only be deleted or modified in the back end.

***Please note***: not all review change requests can be actioned. Reviews are designed to reflect genuine, factual, and personal experiences of the pet owner. This means a review may only be edited or removed in specific 

circumstances.

## **Instructions**

1. **Contact Customer Success**

   Click the green chat icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen to connect with our team.
2. **Provide the Necessary Information**

   * **Your Details**: Include your name and contact information.
   * **Booking Number**: Share the booking number linked to the review.
   * **Requested Change**: Briefly explain whether you want the review edited or deleted and the details of the changes.
3. **Wait for Assistance**

   Once submitted, the Customer Success team will review your request and process the changes.
